Daily Food Diary & Progress Reports

Track intake with MyFitnessPal so I can check in daily. Every two weeks you'll submit photos and measurements in the app for review. Just create your MyFitnessPal account for now — no need to track yet.

The Transformation Fitness System

    Inform-to-Consent Form, NDA, and Contract — found inside the membership site. Do this from a computer or laptop, not your phone.

    Take Your Progress Photos

    Front, back, side-to-side. Post in the app AND the PWC Inner Circle Facebook Group. Take pictures first, then upload — don't shoot through the app. We do this every 2 weeks.

  3. 03

    Order the "Recomp" Supplement Stack

    Optional but recommended. Crush cravings, burn fat, get more out of workouts, and build lean muscle with the Prestige Labs Recomp stack.
